1/4 Scale Hawker Typhoon

I built this bad boy maybe 18 years ago.  I can’t remember exactly when.  It was built from a set of Gus Morphis plans.  The main design change I made was to use a sheeting foam wing instead of a built up balsa wing.  Power came from a 8.2 cubic inch West Bend Go-Kart engine.  The plane flew twice and crashed twice.
